Group Checklist

• Make your reservations for events at the Gateway Arch Riverfront as far in advance as possible. The earlier you plan your visit, the better we can accommodate your group. Call 1-877-982-1410 for group event information.
• During high call volume times it’s recommend that you fax your group reservation to 314-923-3069. You’ll receive confirmation of your request within 48 hours.
• Make sure your group leader checks in at the Will Call window with a copy of the confirmation, as well as the exact number of adults, youth, and children in the group. 
• Advance payment is required in full unless prior arrangements have been made with the appropriate sales manager. Call 1-877-982-1410 for more information. 
• We gladly accept cash, organizational/corporate checks, Traveler’s Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. 
• Groups of 20 qualify for group rates for the One-Hour Cruise, Skyline Dinner Cruise, Lock-N-Dam Cruise and the Octoberfest Cruise.  
•  One complimentary ticket will be given for every 19 purchased, therefore every 20th ticket is complimentary.  This only applies for the above listed cruises as well as the ride to the top of the Arch and both movies.
• The $3 National Park Entrance fee for Gateway Arch Events is waived for all bona-fide educational groups . 
• Age breakdowns are as follows: children are ages 3-12, youth, ages 13-15, and adults, ages 16 and up.
• Be sure to book one of our combo packages if you plan to participate in several activities.
