ALERT: The Gateway Arch Ticketing & Visitor Center has relocated to the Old Courthouse at 11 N. 4th Street. The walking distance between the Old Courthouse and the Arch entrance at the SOUTH leg is approximately 0.3 miles (7 minutes of average walking time). EACH guest planning to enter the Gateway Arch will be required to have EITHER a Journey to the Top ticket or an Arch Entry-Only ticket to be allowed access to the facility.  Tram tickets will sell out early and often - advance tickets are strongly recommended.

Please Note: The Museum of Westward Expansion, located under the Gateway Arch is closed for significant renovations. Certain artifacts from the Museum are on display in exhibit galleries at the Old Courthouse.


Party with Your Pooch at the Park!

Grab your favorite furry four-legged companion and join us this weekend for Arch Bark, the first signature dog event at the new Gateway Arch Grounds! Arch Bark celebrates the dog-friendly nature of the expanded park grounds with a variety of activities for you and Fido, including:

  • Paws on the Pavement – a 1-mile fun walk that kicks off at 10:30 a.m. (register here)
  • NPS Bark Ranger Program
  • Dock diving opportunities for dogs
  • Pet photo booth
  • Agility course
  • K-9 demonstration
  • Food trucks
  • Live music
  • And more!

Your pup will also have the chance to become a “Bark Ranger.” This NPS program teaches better pet policy in national parks. Bark Rangers will receive an Arch Bark dog bandana and badge.

Please remember – the National Park Service requires that all dogs be on a leash while in the park and that the leash be no more than 6 feet long.
