ALERT: The Gateway Arch Ticketing & Visitor Center has relocated to the Old Courthouse at 11 N. 4th Street. The walking distance between the Old Courthouse and the Arch entrance at the SOUTH leg is approximately 0.3 miles (7 minutes of average walking time). EACH guest planning to enter the Gateway Arch will be required to have EITHER a Journey to the Top ticket or an Arch Entry-Only ticket to be allowed access to the facility.  Tram tickets will sell out early and often - advance tickets are strongly recommended.

Please Note: The Museum of Westward Expansion, located under the Gateway Arch is closed for significant renovations. Certain artifacts from the Museum are on display in exhibit galleries at the Old Courthouse.


Gateway Arch Riverboats: Spring and Summer Riverboat Cruises

WHAT: The Gateway Arch Riverboats—the Becky Thatcher and the Tom Sawyer—open for 2016 season on Saturday, March 5, and offer a variety of Mississippi River excursions with unique themes and breathtaking views of the St. Louis skyline this spring and summer, including the popular Blues and Sunday Brunch Cruises. One-Hour Sightseeing Cruise
WHEN: Daily. Call 877-9882-1410 for cruise times.
DETAILS: Journey to a time when steamboats ruled the Mississippi River. Narrated by the boat captain or National Park Service ranger, this one-hour cruise explores the history of downtown St. Louis landmarks and architecture, and the role the river plays today.
TICKETS: $20/adults; $10/kids 3-15; children under age 3 are free. Save up to $3 with the Captain’s Combo, which includes a One-Hour Sightseeing Cruise ticket and a Journey to the Top tram ride at the Gateway Arch (available when the trams re-open).

Skyline Dinner Cruise
WHEN: Fridays & Saturdays beginning in April; 7-9:30 p.m.
DETAILS: Enjoy a memorable night out with live jazz music and dinner alongside the best view of St. Louis. This two-hour dinner cruise includes the illuminated view of downtown St. Louis and a delicious buffet meal including a beef carving station, chicken breast, baked cod (Friday cruises only), roasted potatoes, pasta Romano, fruit and vegetables, and dessert.

DETAILS: Celebrate your favorite springtime holiday, or any regular Sunday for that matter, with a midday getaway! Relax and rejuvenate aboard the cruise while enjoying upbeat sounds of live Dixieland music and feasting upon a delectable brunch buffet including French toast, cheese blintzes, eggs, prime rib, stuffed chicken breast, pasta, salad and more scrumptious fare.

100.3 FM Cruise
WHEN: Every Friday night beginning May 27; 10:30 p.m.-1 a.m.
DETAILS: Kick off your weekend with a night of dancing on the Mississippi. This late-night party features a live DJ, a 100.3 FM personality and light hors d’oeuvres.

Blues Cruise
WHEN: Thursdays; June 16, July 14, August 4 & 25; 8-11 p.m.
DETAILS: A St. Louis Riverfront tradition! Mellow out to blues tunes from well-known artists while enjoying a cruise on the Mississippi. Named the “Best Place to Slow Dance” by the Riverfront Times! (Visit to find the entire lineup of bands.)

LOCATION AND PARKING: The Gateway Arch Riverboats are located below the south leg of the Gateway Arch at 50 S. Leonor K. Sullivan Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63102.

North Leonor K. Sullivan is closed for construction until June 2016; visitors must access the riverboats via Chouteau to South Leonor K. Sullivan or the Arch Grand Staircase.

Parking is available on the Mississippi River levee in front of the boats.

RIVERSIDE EATS: Visitors can enjoy hot food, such as fried catfish, toasted ravioli and funnel cake fries, at the ArchView Café located on the dock of the riverboats. The café will be open for lunch Friday through Sunday in April, daily May through September, and Saturdays and Sundays for lunch in October.
