The National Park Service will celebrate Black History Month & the 150th Anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation at the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial during the month of February. FREE programs will be offered at the Gateway Arch & Old Courthouse!
Join us for a series of films depicting the history of the Old Courthouse, the famous Dred Scott Trial, the Emancipation Proclamation and various African American inventors, leaders, and visionaries who fought for freedom and equality will be shown daily at the Gateway Arch and Old Courthouse.
