Join us at Gateway Arch National Park for a special public presentation commemorating the 150th anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court decision in the Virginia Minor case. Held in the park’s education classroom, this free event will explore Minor’s courageous fight for women’s voting rights. Although the Supreme Court ruled against her in 1875, her case was a pivotal moment in the suffrage movement, helping pave the way for the 19th Amendment. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn about a St. Louisan who played a crucial role in American history!
This will be a public presentation in the Education Classroom, which is located at the bottom of the escalator after security.
