Gateway Arch visitors must enter the monument through the new west entrance, which faces Fourth Street and the Old Courthouse. The Gateway Arch legs are exits only. Please allow at least 30 minutes to go through security.
Women’s History Month Events Take Over Arch, OCH in March

Women’s History Month kicks of March 1, and Jefferson National Expansion Memorial is spotlighting the historic contributions of women who shaped the history of the United States with free programs all month long.
“Do You Know Any Women Like These?” special exhibit will on display in the Museum of Westward Expansion and depicts how 19th-century women of the American Frontier embodied similar characteristics to those of today’s women. Also, visitors can take part in a special scavenger hunt, where they will explore history and search for clues about women in the west in the Museum of Westward Expansion. All are welcome to participate, and scavenger hunt programs are available at the information desk.

Women’s History Month Film Series at the Museum of Westward Expansion: Each of the following films will be shown in the special exhibits gallery. Films run continuously from 9:15 am to 5:30 pm.
March 1-7:Dreams of Equality (This film will also show all month at the Old Courthouse at the bottom of every hour.)
