July 7, 2020, Update: Gateway Arch National Park is delaying Phase II visitor access originally scheduled to begin Wednesday, July 8. Phase II includes the reopening of the Tram Ride to the Top and Documentary Movie as well as outdoor National Park Service programming. These experiences will remain unavailable until further notice. The Gateway Arch Visitor Center, Museum at the Gateway Arch, The Arch Store and the Arch Café are currently open for visitor access. Please continue to check www.gatewayarch.com for the latest updates.

Riverboats at the Gateway Arch COVID-19 Update: As we continue to monitor and assess the evolving health situation and follow guidance from federal and local health departments, we plan to re-introduce our cruise lineup slowly and carefully. At this time, the Riverboats at the Gateway Arch will only offer the one-hour St. Louis Riverfront Cruise. When we deem it appropriate, we will re-introduce other cruise experiences.

Gateway Arch visitors must enter the monument through the new west entrance, which faces Fourth Street and the Old Courthouse. The Gateway Arch legs have become exits only. Tram tickets will sell out early and often - advance tickets are strongly recommended. Please allow at least 30 minutes to go through security.
