Pending availability, additional tickets may be available for same-day purchase beginning at 9am each day via our website, call center, and ticket center at the Gateway Arch. Same-day ticket availability is not guaranteed.

Consistent with CDC recommendations, face coverings are required to be worn by everyone ages 2 and older in all federal buildings, regardless of vaccination status. All tram riders, age 2 and up, are required to wear a mask. COVID-19 safety protocols can be found here.

Gateway Arch visitors must enter the monument through the new west entrance, which faces Fourth Street and the Old Courthouse. The Gateway Arch legs have become exits only. Please allow at least 30 minutes to go through security.

$300 HIRING INCENTIVE

New Riverboat employees are eligible for a $300 hiring incentive! To qualify, employee must be on time for all shifts and maintain 20 hours per week. Employees receive $100 on first, third, and fifth paycheck (payment dates may vary depending on start date).

Therefore, the Gateway Arch and the Riverboats at the Gateway Arch have established a goal of providing a 100 percent drug-free and alcohol-free workplace. Applicants will be required to undergo drug and alcohol testing prior to employment and will be subject to further drug and alcohol testing throughout their employment. Employees selected for safety-sensitive positions must also submit to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with the Gateway Arch and Riverboats at the Gateway Arch policy as well as regulatory requirements provided by the Coast Guard and the Federal Transit Administration. In addition, thorough background and criminal checks are completed for all new hires.
