• Where is The Floating Sleigh located?

  50 S Leonor K Sullivan Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63102

  Santa flew his sleigh to the St. Louis Riverfront, on the Riverboats at the Gateway Arch dock. But if your preferred mode of transportation is a vehicle, please note GPS directions are not always accurate. For detailed instructions, please visit our directions and parking page.

• What are the age restrictions?

  All elves must be at least 21 to enter The Floating Sleigh. No exceptions.

• Is The Floating Sleigh indoors or outdoors?

  Both! The riverboat has interior, temperature controlled space on two of its three decks. It’s also has open-air space on all three decks. Fingers-crossed for an evening or two with light, fluffy snow flakes ❄

• What if tickets are sold out?

  Santa has a LONG list of friends, but limited seats on his sleigh. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance before we sell out. If we are sold out, please try to pick another evening to join us. We do sell walk-up tickets based on availability.

• Is this a cruise? | Does the boat leave the dock?

  No. This sleigh will stay docked for the entire evening and guests will be able to come and go as they please.

• Do tickets have a time limit?

  No. You ticket is good for any time during The Floating Sleigh’s operating hours on that day.

• Is The Floating Sleigh wheelchair accessible?

  Yes, our riverboat and dock has wheelchair accessible ramps. The riverboat is accessible to wheelchairs on the first level only. Please note that the cobblestone levee is uneven in many places, and we suggest that those bringing wheelchairs pull up as close to the dock’s walkway as possible to board.

• Is there a bag policy when I enter?

  Yes, for the safety and security of all our guests and crew, bags are subject to inspection upon entering our facility or the riverboat. By choosing to board or enter, you are providing your consent to this security screening process. While we do not have a specific policy on bag size, all bags are subject to inspection.

• Do we serve food?

  Yes! Santa will have a limited menu of treats and snacks available for purchase, like nachos, meatball sliders and more.

• What if I’m bringing a large group?

  The more the merrier! If you’re bringing a large group of people and would like to reserve some space, please contact our Group Sales Team at 314.923.3080 or 314-923-3048.

• Can I get a refund?

  Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be transferred or used on other days.
