National parks remain as accessible as possible during the federal government shutdown. However, some services may be limited or unavailable. All Gateway Arch ticketing and tram operations are suspended and ticketed events have been canceled until further notice.
For visitors with advance reservations, if the Gateway Arch and federal government are closed at the time of your scheduled tram ride, documentary movie and/or VR experience, your purchase will automatically be refunded on the day of your scheduled visit. Please email info@gatewayarch.com or call 1-877-982-1410 for questions about refunds.
Other Gateway Arch experience activities, such as the Riverboats at the Gateway Arch and helicopter tours, will remain open. These are not part of the National Park Service.
